In 2009, the Newspaper Licensing Agency (NLA) introduced licensing for aggregators and media monitoring firms that use content from the websites of NLA members. A lengthy legal battle ensued as Meltwater, supported by the PRCA, objected to the NLA's requirement for users of its monitoring service to buy a further license in order to use Internet links in their reports and referred the issue to the UK Copyright Tribunal. What does the Tribunal’s interim judgement mean for professionals and businesses in Public Relations?

Kevin Taylor, Managing Director, Robertson Taylor PR and CIPR Past President, will be chatting to David Pugh, Managing Director NLA at 5pm GMT on Wed 22nd February so please send your questions in for Kevin and David to ask as early as you can using the form or tweet them with the hashtag #ciprtv.
