Maintaining a balanced diet may be an obvious way to ensure a healthy lifestyle, but remembering which nutrients should be included each day and the best foods to obtain them from can be far from simple.

To help ease the confusion, broadcaster and journalist Philippa Forrester has teamed up with food organisation Canned Food UK to launch Everyday Nutrition, a campaign which highlights where to find your daily intake of the right amount of nutrients, everyday.

The Everyday Nutrition campaign will see Philippa showing how everyday food from your cupboard can help pack vitamins and minerals into the daily diet, plus a specially developed free wall-chart will help make it even easier to see which food can help contribute towards a better daily diet.

The wall-chart was developed by leading nutritionist Anita Bean with Philippa to provide a valuable reminder of the right amounts of food to eat everyday.

Celebrity mum Philippa Forrester joins us live online on Friday 19th May at 1500hrs to discuss how you can use everyday foods to keep your family healthy.

Philippa Forrester is best known for her work as presenter of the hit BBC show, Tomorrow’s World. She is a mum to two young boys.
