We are always told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, however many of us are often guilty of skipping breakfast altogether. A new survey has found almost half (45%) of the UK population is giving breakfast a miss, leaving it until lunchtime to give our body the energy it really needs.

No matter how busy you are, it is important to set your body up for the day.. Starting the day without refuelling your body’s engine can lead to poor concentration, irritability, and low blood sugar as well as nagging cravings.
