If you think getting older means it’s time to start slowing down then think again; as it appears things are only set to get better.

From grown-up children starting to think about leaving the nest, to a well-stocked piggy bank, there is no reason why a cup of tea and a knitting pattern has to be your future.

But if your average day consists of running a family or a household, juggling a career and nodding off to the seven o’clock news after one solitary glass of wine, it can be hard to maintain a positive outlook.

However life is far from downhill from here and now is the time to take a fresh look with our live WebTV Show ready to give you a running start.

So stop looking at your 20s through rose-coloured spectacles.  After all, if you think about it, the average 25 year old is perhaps just taking their first steps on the career ladder, living with messy flatmates and is barely able to afford a seaside break to Margate...the 30s and 40s are not looking so shabby now are they?

If you are ready to embrace your older years and are looking for some inspiration then log onto our live WebTV Show where eighties pop star Toyah Willcox in association with mutual healthcare organisation, Benenden Healthcare Society will offer her top tips to make sure you start having just as much fun as her.

She will also be offering some fun insights into her life to show you how it really is just the beginning and our life coach Becki Houlston will be sharing her advice on how to look and feel glamorous at any age.

Toyah Willcox and Becki Houlston joins us live online on Monday 20th September at 1.45pm to show you how getting older can mean life is getting better.
